This kinda goes along with those “what’s in my purse” blog posts and YouTube videos. Except, I pretty much only bring a purse with me to work, so I wanted to make a slightly broader post about everyday essentials I bring with me almost everywhere and why.
I am switching from more of just a regular bro-split type workout style to a more focused workout split. I have been working out for roughly 4 or 5 years. Evan and I are competitive people, so we both figured that once we’ve been working out for awhile, the next step is to compete in either powerlifting or bodybuilding.
I was recently going through my notes on my phone and I found a list of college tips I typed out for myself if I ever decided to go back to school. I probably will not do that, but it seems a waste for this info to just sit in my phone. So, here are my college tips and tricks that you may not have needed, but you now have.
