I am switching from more of just a regular bro-split type workout style to a more focused workout split. I have been working out for roughly 4 or 5 years. As the saying goes, the early bird gets the worm. In this case, you want to start developing useful habits as early on in life as you can. I just put twenties here because I feel like we’ve focused these habits the most in our twenties, but started working on them in our teens.
